Description & Requirement
The Department of Pathology, Division of Neuropathology, is seeking to fill an NIH-funded postdoctoral position to study neuronal degeneration and regeneration mechanisms. This position will entail the application of a variety of cellular and molecular approaches within the context of in vivo and in vitro model systems of motor neuron and cortical neuron degeneration and replacement. Candidates with a Ph.D. in neurobiology, or related fields, and a strong background in molecular biology and electrophysiology are encouraged to apply.
